Thousands of people flocked to the STEFFL Arena during tournament week and created a goosebump atmosphere. The international padel superstars were thrilled by the flair in Vienna.


At the BOSS Vienna Padel Open, there was everything to see that makes the World Padel Tour so special: Spectacular rallies, breathtaking rallies and lots of emotions.

From Saturday, May 20, the BOSS Vienna Padel Open will see loads of action as the qualification starts which will run through to Monday. During this time, entrance is free and you can move freely on the ground and enjoy the cool side events. Prerequisite for this free "ground ticket" is your registration here.


Marc Janko will also play


What can you expect? Lots of international stars and local players fighting for the last free spots in the main draw, which starts on Tuesday, May 23.


As a special treat, ex-ÖFB team player Marc Janko, an absolute superstar of the domestic sports scene, awaits the fans. The former footballer has fully dedicated himself to padel in recent years and is among the top 35 in the Austrian rankings. Together with Dominik Bierent, Janko will try his luck already in the first round on the qualification Saturday.


Other Austrian pairings in the qualification: Michael Brus/Markus Krocker and in the women's event Barbara Prenner/Anna Schmid and Alexandra Pils/Sabrina Urban.


Austrian duos in the main competition


The Austrian wildcard duos Boisits/Sotiriu and Alten/Krenn can already fully concentrate on the main draw. These teams are expected to play their first-round matches on Tuesday and Wednesday. The exact match schedules will follow soon and will be published here on the website.
